I have been using Special Delivery in the UK for sending jewellery as once a package went missing, I had no proof for a claim, so I got nothing from Royal Mail for non-delivery. OK, lesson learned. But charging the higher Special Delivery is now costing me some sales. Can jewellery be shipped via Track 48 (maybe with the added feature of collection of a signature) as long as its value is not more than £100? Any ideas how to send jewellery (not high end items) that will provide delivery evidence but yet not scare off buyers? Thanks.
