I notice you can open an INR request 30 days atter and it tells you its not covered by MBG.
just curious, if a buyer opened a request and its past this date, is there simply a close request button at that point?

Hi @agemelee
eBay allows us to open cases after the 30-day deadline … but we can’t ask eBay to step in if the seller doesn’t cooperate.
I’m not sure what buttons the seller has available.
You still can file a case with PayPal or your credit card company if you’re certain the item wasn’t delivered.

Its not for me as a buyer. I know when a INAD is opened after 30 days you can decline it.
just curious about INR. Reason being sometimes USPS doesn’t scan the item delivered. I have had this happen when buying stuff (of course I still leave feedback saying item was delivered)
However, wondering in case it gets no delivery scan and a buyer decided to do this after 30 days.

Once the MBG expires, they can still open a case, but Ebay won't get involved.
It'll be between you and the buyer and you can deny the refund if you want.
If tracking doesn't show it was delivered, they can go to Pay Pal or their credit card and you won't have that option.

If you have the tracking # and it shows delivered, just type in the tracking # and close the case.
