What do I do if it says that? Yes. Already made a shipping label and shipped it but I have not done

Somehow it has said that I already shipped the item but. I have not even printed a shipping label for it. How do I make a new shipping label for this item?

Are you sure it says Already Shipped or does it say Ready to be Shipped? If it  says Ready to be shipped you havent shipped it yet.

If it was shipped it would say Shipped with a Date.

If you printed a label you would have an email. In the email there will be a button to Reprint the label.
