As the above question asks and follow up questions:
Must you use a regional A or B box to get those prices or can you print out and slap it on a non-flat rate priority box?
I am seeing king items shipped for about $ 2 or 3 less which would be great. I just don’t want to get screwed in a package not arriving.

LOL, that is probably the easiest solution.
I have two cats that do this pinning down my arm to get my attention. Oliver and Miss Rain, her brother Mr. Mist has his own 'thing' he will go to the back of the chair and drape himself over my shoulder and snuffle and nip my cheek or chin. Or if he is in a real mood bite my pen or tags.

I still do not understand the content of the article on what?
However, which one is cheaper then I buy.

Yes, in our PO they have them on display at the counter. "Boston Fabric" post sounded like they are only for online sellers.

RR'A' will always be cheaper than RR'B'
RR'A' ships at around the 2# cost but maxes out at 15#, heavier than that and you can't use a RR'A' box
RR'B' ships at around the 5# cost with it maxing out at 20#
Of course if you have an item that weighs 2# but will not fit in the rather small RR'A' box, it does not benefit you to use the larger RR'B' box because it will cost you more than using a zoned priority box or a standard plain brown box.

There are currently two types of Regional Boxes:
"Regional A" boxes are limited to 15 pounds.
======> The A1 box measures: 10" x 7" x 4.75"
======> The A2 box measures: 10.9375" x 2.375" x 12.8125"
"Regional B" boxes are limited to 20 Pounds.
======> The B box measures: 12.125" x 10.375" x 5.25"
======> The B2 box measures: 14.375" x 2.875" x 15.875"
"Regional C" boxes were larger but but were discontinued soon after they were introduced.
