What a ripping policy of eBay about return and feedback !!!!!

One buyer bought something from my store, opened the return by selecting reason " ordered by mistake" and wrote in comment section  " item is not good an poor workmen ship" . after three weeks of opening return he left negative feedback " Returned over 3 weeks ago and still no credit. I will not use eBay again." when i checked the return status, he even not shipped the item and demanding for money . 

i call ebay and was told , feedback cannot be removed until dispute is open,  buyer already lied that he already return the item 3 weeks ago in feedback, and he didn't even ship the item. what a joke with sellers here going on?????

due to covid 19 buyer has 35 working days to return the item, means he has 50 days after opening the item including weekends + he has 30 days to open the return after item is delivered so total a buyer has 80 days.

 

waiting 50 days to remove the feedback??? though buyer is clearly lying, ebay team needs to stop drinking coffee and work on this to fix the issues, save the cost for coffee and improve this platform. its a joke with selelrs.
