1. shipping date: Feb 06 2021 (not Arrival Date not delivery Date will get to that)
2. seller changes listing after sale then changes shipping time to feb 16th - feb 22nd i know it doesnt take this long to ship from florida i have purchased from new jersey new york china japan usually 2 weeks with delays never a whole month.
3. i contact the seller. oh it takes 1-2 business days for shipping

It does not matter if the seller changes the listing after your purchase.
The only date that matters is the last estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History, which should be the date shown at the time of your purchase. Once that date has passed you can file a "not received" claim; if the seller cannot provide tracking that shows delivery within three business days, you can ask eBay to step in and force a refund.
If the original estimated shipping date is so far out or you miss the deadline and you cannot use your eBay money back guarantee, you may be able to initiate a case with PayPal or your credit card -- typically you have up to six months from the purchase date. Generally, it is best to start with eBay first, and only proceed to PayPal if the case with eBay fails or you go beyond the deadline. Do not file simultaneous cases or both can be dismissed.

eBay is the one changing the estimated delivery dates.
Do not let the time run out to open a case.

Hopefully the purchase date, and shipping date, are not 2021 as you wrote.
If those dates are actually 2022, I wouldn't even be concerned. It hasn't had time to get to you yet. Items often arrive sooner than the estimated date.
Not sure what you are referring to "eight days later"?

Seller can not change the estimated delivery date on a sold item. If you are looking at the listing itself, you will see the delivery date if that item was purchased today. As another poster mentioned, you can open an item not received claim if the item does not arrive after the original delivery date in your purchase history.
It's been 5 days since the purchase. It's possible that the seller shipped the item but that the usps did not give it an accepted scan. That seems to be fairly common lately. If that's the case, the tracking should eventually be updated.

Please go back in your PURCHASE HISTORY and look at this transaction.
What was the last estimated delivery date seen there, not the shipping date, the LAST ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE?
If you purchased on the 3rd (5 days ago) it's doubtful that that date has already passed, given that two of the intervening days were weekend days. And the shipping date was the 6th, two days ago?
If you still believe there's an issue, please return here and share that date with us or tell us the item # so we can see the estimated delivery date.
Not sure I fully comprehend why you are "angry as all get out"? What kind of "serious help" do you figure eBay needs?
And you already trashed the seller's FB? Fortunately, it's a green doughnut.

Exactly what everyone Said but I’d like to add that ebay itself doesn’t “sponsor” any seller, the seller pays to promote that item and is marked as sponsored aka promoted. Also you said the ship date was 2/6 but that is a Sunday.

Do you have a tracking number?
