What Template Can I use to Upload Tracking Numbers?

I've sold a few hundred items on eBay and I'm having Amazon ship them. I've downloaded the tracking number file from Amazon, but for the life of me, I cannot find a template from eBay to upload all the tracking numbers in one easy file.

Do you have a link to a Temaplate? Or can you share one that works for you?

Going customer by customer to upate tracking is insance, especially since eBay doesn't seem to have a way to search by transaction number.

For those who need to bulk upload tracking numbers for shipping details from thrid-party shippers like Amazon FBA, here is the spreadsheet template that will work for you. Or at least it worked for me after several dozen tries and failures. No thanks to eBay for providing absolutely zero documentation or templates in advance.

1. Download the Excel template here:

2. Open the file and review it. I left in fake data so you know what to do. Delete it after you review it.

3. Add in your data - transaction number, item ID, tracking number, shipping type. Do not change Action or ShippingStatus columns

4. Save as a .TXT tab-demlinated file

5. Upload to eBay

6. Check to make sure eBay understood your file.

7. Be happy you figured this out. Be annoyed you had to learn it from me vs. eBay support staff.
