Weird tracking # updates for my purchases.

I'm not new to ebay.  Been buying for years and been at my current address for a little over 8 years.  Yet this is the first time I have had this happen.  Several items that I have bought ended up being delivered even though I didn't get the item then the tracking shows addresse unknown and that the package is being returned.

These arent't the only items.  I have had this happen with about 6 others.  I have tried talking to the post office but they basically tell me to **bleep** so I don't bother going to them unless it's an emergency.

A question I have is if I open an INR case will they refund me or do I need to open an snad?  I have tried contacting the seller of each item and they just ignore me completely.

You need to check your address and make sure it's correct.

It's not your local Post Office's  responsibility for updating your address.

Take your tracking number(s) to your local post office in person (do not try to do this on the phone) and ask them to check their intranet system for further details on each failed delivery. Their intranet system contains far more detail than what can be seen on their website, and in particular, you should be able to see the address it was intended for.
