My issue: Weights and dimensions entered in my listing tool (CrazyLister) are randomly changed -
sometimes in the CrazyLister file, sometimes only in the Ebay listing, and sometimes in both.
I've spent hours on the phone and online with Ebay and CrazyLister support. Both agree there is an actual problem, both say it's the other guy's issue, it's never been solved, and I'm still having to triple check every listing via the Ebay REVISE LISTING editor to see what data is really in the listing.
I have a suspicion the problem has multiple sources: CrazyLister; Ebay Business Policies; and Imperial/Metric Conversion Handlers. I offer all listed items as FREE SHIPPING, but the anomalies cause a profit-eating amount of manual keyboard work for every single shipment. I sell salvage auto parts for vintage and classic car restoration. This means almost every listing is a one-off of different characteristics. About 90% of my listings are on Ebay MOTORS. The rest are on regular Ebay.com (USA).
Here are the issues I experience:
I am still working to uncover the reason behind these problems and come up with a solution. I never had these issues before transitioning to Crazy Lister in 2017. Prior to CrazyLister I used TuboLister, but when Ebay announced it would no longer be supported I changed to avoid being left high and dry. Years later, there is still a variant ofTurboLister around. Foolish me.
CrazyLister, although not perfect, produces some nice looking listings with galleries of many images. There are issues I wish they'd fix, but that's another topic and I've already given them my input.
Does anyone have any suggestions, thoughts, ideas, solutions?

The issue is coming from CrazyLister so if you want to get past it one of two things needs to happen:
This is a situation where it's more work when you print labels, but it's not causing any problems with buyers underpaying postage since you offer free shipping. It's an inconvenience to deal with so you have to weigh the pros and cons of dealing with it the way it is or moving on to another program.
Your listing template is nice, though I prefer plain text for an eBay listing. Templates with that much going on are like an entirely different website displayed within a small listing frame and it's overwhelming. Buyers aren't going to see all the boxes of text and information you want them to see. Forget about the listing displaying well on a mobile device.
The only reason I'm tossing out my two cents on the template is because you said that's one of the things you like most about CrazyLister. I don't think you'd be losing anything by ditching the templates from CrazyLister.

I have to agree with the above advice that you move on from CrazyLister. Your listings look terrible, like a vintage high-school coding project from 2005. I think you must not realize that it doesn't work with all browsers; here are a couple of the issues that one of your listings had with both of my usual browsers, Safari and Chrome:
