Way to many returns

I have been a member on Ebay for many years and have been a seller all this time. Lately I have had so many complaints of buyers not receiving items. This makes me wonder if Ebay has checked out these buyers to see if they are using their right address. I have also had some items sent back to me with address not known. What does Ebay do to protect sellers from this kink of scams.

I don't see them as 'scams', but it is annoying. I make it a point to use tracking for all sales for this very reason.

The buyer is the one that needs to make sure they provide the correct information.

If items are being returned to you (return to sender/ no such address etc..) then you should be covered under seller protection (unless you messed up)

Lift your left leg at midnight to start off on the right foot. Happy new Year!
