WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS.

Hi numerous emails was sent highlighting the warehouse address , that old warehouse  address was closed since 2020.  I sent the correct address an hour after i purchased the items, hoping that someone would see it.  It was sent to the wrong address.

eBay requires sellers ship to the address on the order that you confirm when you make a payment @erlea_81. The seller will not be held liable for this. It's up to the buyer to provide an accurate address at the time of checkout.

Since the warehouse was closed, is the package being returned to the sender? If that's the case, the seller may be willing to re-ship if you pay for the additional shipping cost. Other sellers might be willing to send you a refund less the shipping costs and eBay fees, however as I said above, eBay will not require them to do so. You will have to contact the seller and see if they're willing to work with you on this.

To prevent this in the future, make sure the correct address is entered on your orders. Good luck.

i have not ordered anything off ebay since 2020, i should have checked the shipping address before i pay, but i sent 5 emails an hour after i placed the order and no one acknowledge it.  i ordered some vitamins and sent the correct shipping address and  the company sent it onto the right shipping.  Anyhow this is my last order with you.

The seller that changed the address on the vitamins went against eBay policy.

I'm sorry the other seller didn't reply to you. Some of those mega-sellers have processes where orders go instantly to the warehouse and they can't cancel once an order is placed. Their volume is so great that their customer service stinks because they can't handle all the messages they get.

We do not work for eBay. We are fellow buyers and sellers. eBay does not sell anything - it's a marketplace for individual sellers. One rotten seller does not make up eBay as a whole.
