WRONG ADDRESS

I PAID 167.90 FOR SOME RUGS I ORDERED OFF EBAY,, I NEVER RECEIVED THEM, EBAY SAIID THEY WERE DELIVERED TO DAYTON OHIO,, AND I LIVE IN S.C.,,  THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY, THE SELLER SAID THEY SHIPPED TO ADDRESS THAT THEY HAD,, IM REALLY MAD AND FRUSTURATED OVER THIS,,  I OPENED A DISPUTE AND EBAY FAVORED THE SELLER, SO I AM OUT OF 167.90,, THE PLACE THEY SHIPPED IT TO, I CHECKED IT OUT AND ITS A FRAUDLENT BUSINESS,  ANY ADVICE OF HOW I CAN RECOVER MY MONEY ????

If the seller shipped to the address on the transaction page, you're out of luck. Neither eBay nor PayPal will reimburse you. 

You say this is a fraudulent business. Had you ever lived at that address? Or in the same zip?

NO I HAVE NEVER LIVED THERE, , I THINK THE SELLER GOT MY ADDRESS LABEL MIXED UP,,, I HAVE ORDERED OFF EBAY FOR YEARS AND NEVER NOT ONCE HAD THIS PROBLEM,,,,       EBAU SAID THAT MIGHT ACCOUNT MAY HAVE BEEN COMPRISED,  IDK, BUT ALL I KNOW IF IM NOT GETTING MY MONEY BACK,,, SO FRUTURSATING

SHE ALSO SAID THAT WAS MY SHIPPING LABEL AND T TOLD HER NO WAY, IT COULD BE AND EVEN SAID MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT HAD THE SAME ADDRESS,,,,  THATS IMPOSSIBLE,,, MY PAYPAL AND EBAY HAS NEVER MESSED UP BEFORE,  SOMETHING WENT WRONG SOME WHERE AND I AM HAVING TO PAY THE PRICE FOR IT,,,,  ITS JUST NOT RIGHT

What's the ZIP code displayed right now on that Transaction Details page at PayPal?

Go to your PayPal transaction page. What does it say in the ' Ships To' area? If this is NOT where the items were delivered to then file an INR with PayPal. State that you paid with the item shipping to _____________but instead they were delivered to__________________. You do not know anyone at that address nor asked in any way to have it shipped to any other address than what was on the payment page.

If ebay already ruled in favor of the seller he must have shipped to the address given with the pay pal payment.  I'm sure pay pal will see it the same way.

OP~~did you at anytime in the past have anything sent to that address~~a family friend or relative?  Check your alternate shipping addresses in your pay pal account.

I checked the address in Ohio and it is for a DHL overseas freight forwarder.  I see you left a neutral feedback recently saying "I did not buy this".  It appears maybe this wasn't the 1st time you've had a problem with your account?

OP, you should call Paypal and calmly explain to them the problem and ask why items are being shipped to an address you never had and are being told that it's the address to ship to on the payment. 

You are a buyer, it is very rare for ebay to let a buyer lose a dispute.  If paypal says that it was shipped to the address on the payment, you should use the work hack.

i also came across other people that were posting bad reviews about this addres,,,  even amazon purchases went to this address, and they never received their items

no never ever had a problem like this,, been on ebay a long time,,, this is the first time this has ever happened,,,, i found reviews on google from other ppl complaining that their stuff went to this same address and they never received their items,,, even this was happening on AMAZON
