Voiding a Label

I voided a label it was from USPS it was for 57.99 and i printed another label from UPS which was cheaper 29.00 i havent received my refund from the voided label who do i contact about this. The buyer has already received there  order i need my money from the voided label???

It can take up to 21 days to receive your refund on a voided label. The soonest I've received mine (I've done my share in the past) was 14 days.

The refund is coming from USPS, not eBay. When you buy postage, you are paying them directly via eBay.
