I apologize if this has been covered in other posts, but I searched and did not find this specific issue addressed. This morning, I went to print out a shipping label for an item I sold last night. I hit PRINT, then immediately saw that my return address had automatically filled in my previous address. I hit CANCEL, but too late. I voided the label, followed the link to reprint with the correct return address, and printed that one. Package has now been shipped. When I checked the order details to ensure that the correct label and its tracking number showed, I discovered it's displaying both as Package One of Two and Package Two of Two, with both tracking numbers assigned respectively. I messaged my buyer to let her know the correct tracking number. When I click on more details, it does show that I requested the first one to be voided, but in the order details, it's indicating that a label has been created, but the order has not yet shipped, although when I follow the tracking on the valid label, it shows the package in transit. I'm concerned that this won't be resolved and that it will continue to show as an order I've failed to ship to a buyer and will cause me to get a defect or worse. Do I need to do anything, or will this be resolved once the void request is approved?

I don't believe you don't have the option of deleting a tracking number, even if its voided. I just had one that I voided and the option was gone. You used to be able to, but not any more. Another eBay "improvement" for sellers. I just let them both stay on eBay and emailed the buyer with the updated tracking number.

I had that happen once. I marked it Shipped and all went well. If for some reason the buyer opens a case, enter the second label as the tracking number in the case.

Hi!
Go to "View Order Details", Click on "Show Additional Actions", now click on "Add Tracking", once the new page opens just click on "Remove" whichever is the voided one. (or just delete the number).
Once your done, click Save... Your done! 🙂
Hope this helps.

You should be able to point your mouse to the number and manually delete them off the box once your in the "Add or edit tracking numbers" page.
Thanks.

No, can only add. Will see what happens on a different device.

I had a similar situation where I accidentally printed three shipping labels (because of the totally confusing way eBay set up their "print shipping label" page) and the shipping amount was debited to my PayPal account THREE times even after I requested a void on 2 of the 3 shipping labels. I know for a fact that the buyer received the item, but PayPal refuses to reimburse the 2 of 3 debits to my account. Meanwhile, according to eBay the Post Office allegedly reimburses void requested shipping labels in about 15 days. How this will all shake out is a complete mystery to me. Extremely frustrating.
