anyone know if mail going there needs a customs form like Guam?

Guam is a US Territory.  You shouldn't need customs for anything.  They're part of the US and use USPS shipping labels like the rest of us.

No, as the link shows, territories like Guam and MP need customs forms. Looks like the Virgin Islands as well. It's not like Puerto Rico - they do not need a customs form.

oops, misread, the paragraph says PR and the Virgin Islands don't the form, good.

Sometimes, you do need one. I read the post above.  I once needed one for PR.  It automatically printed it out . It was a 3 lb. priority mail package.  That was about 15 years ago.  

 

I say print the label and if it needs one, it might print out the form.
