Shipping label - no service available

I am able to get to the print page now with weight … etc. But I have no shipping service available. I can pick any service. So I still can not print any label now.

Will ebay penalize seller since the shipping is down?

I have an item that needs to go to the authenticator, so the free shipping label comes from ebay. (Otherwise I would use pirateship) Since ebay's shipping is down, will they penalize for not getting this out on time? TIA

I have been unable to print shipping labels for an hour now. I was in the middle of shipping everything I sold over the weekend and it just quit working. Is anyone else having this issue?
