I am dropshipping from CJdropshipping. Why has eBay added vat on my item. I’m shipping from uk warehouse and selling in uk. This makes my product unprofitable. Do I need to input iOSS somewhere in CJdropshipping?

Your account is registered as a private seller, which is probably part of the issue. You would need to register for VAT with the UK government, and provide the details. I think you need to be registered as a business seller to do this.
