Hi - brought a hot tub from VM Express, reported missing items (Accessories and Maintenance Chemicals), reported to Ebay, items sent to me but then later was recharged for a higher cost on my bank card from the original price.  How can that be?  Please help me resolve this issue for my refund.  First time doing Ebay and probably last...….  How can I stop VM Express from using my bank card again...  Desperate for information.

I see that  VM Express is selling on Amazon. Did you buy on eBay?   Than open case with eBay item not as described.

Contact VM Express if ono reaction, notify you credit card.
