Please I need urgent assistance with an iPad I shipped to Florida
I sold it here on eBay and shipped to Florida with signature confirmation
https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?qtc_tLabels1=9410808205496386401462#
the last update is as follows “ The customer has requested that the Postal Service redeliver this item on January 23, 2023 in ORLANDO, FL 32836.“
l have called the post office over 20 times without any success
I spoke with USPS customer service and they opened up a case but still no update
I don’t know what to do

Don't contact the buyer. The buyer will let you know if the item was not delivered.
What was the latest estimated delivery date provided by eBay to the buyer?
Sometimes on these redeliveries they miss the final delivery scan.
Not good that a $1000 item could be out there floating around. As a failsafe, you could file a package intercept that might prevent the buyer from picking it up if you think this might be a ill-fated transaction.
What did the buyer's feedback left for others look like? When was the buyer account created?
Do you have any other information to provide to the forum?

I agree with the above advice: Do NOT contact the buyer, in case the package was delivered/picked up but delivery scan and signature were missed. I also agree that it would be wise to file a package intercept.
https://www.usps.com/manage/package-intercept.htm
Even without the intercept, if the buyer fails to pick up the package it will eventually be returned to you, but that should show up on the scan history. Each Post Office has its own threshold for how long they'll hold a package for pickup (depending partly on storage capacity).
If there's no action for 15 days, you can file an insurance claim if the package was sent via Priority Mail:

Buyer been on eBay since November 2018 and has 79 (100%) feedback
But am really concerned, I don’t know why I didn’t insure this , I only paid for signature confirmation. I checked the iPad and discovered it to be activated on Jan 23rd

I suppose you are saying the iPad is out of the shipping box and has been used? Do you feel the buyer is in possession of the item?
I take it the buyer has not opened a Item Not Received case?
Insurance would not mean anything unless the shipment was lost or damaged.
I was asking about the buyer's "feedback left for others", in that section you can sometimes discern if the buyer is having problems with sellers or causing problems.
All buyers have 100% feedback ratings.

The iPad is brand new, I only checked with its serial number on apple website and it shows activated on Jan 23.
The buyer has not opened any case, I have had issues like this before and I was able to talk to someone at the local post office. I have called and called this particular post office and nobody picks up
how do l check feedback the buyer left for others

All you can do now is pray that your buyer doesn't notice that the delivery wasn't confirmed and/or is honest enough not to take advantage.

The buyer's feedback left for others is a little scary but if no case is opened, do not poke the sleeping bear. It looks like the buyer only leaves feedback for transactions that go south.
If according to the tracking details, the recipient requested redelivery on Jan. 23 and you noticed that the iPad was activated that day, he did probably pick it up and without hearing from him, I'm guessing that he's happy with it.
If the buyer opens INR, you need to respond with tracking showing that the package was available for pickup and since there's no further tracking, an item that isn't retrieved is considered to be delivered.
You should be okay.

how do l check feedback the buyer left for others
https://www.ebay.com/usr/saragr_97
Go to the bottom of the page you provided and click on See All Feedback and then look at Left For Others.
Nothing there raises flags to me, though good to check.
I would sit tight unless I thought the item was not delivered, then I would file an intercept, though you indicate the buyer is using the iPad.
If an honest buyer did not receive the 1k item, you would have heard by now.

If you just have walked into the post office with the tracking they would probably say it is delivered. Calling anyone nowadays doesn't work. Redeliver means they had to make another attempt to deliver it for a signature.

If you want a call back from the post office you were trying to reach, do number 2) complete a help request form.
https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
After they have time to research the issue, USPS has always called me from the "delivering" post office, which is the one you were trying to reach.

I got two calls from the local post office yesterday
they believed the package was picked up by the buyer, they promised to investigate and let me know
