Usps and ebay shipping

I bought a pair of shoes for 288.47$ and it was marked delivered may 9th but i haven’t even received them I’ve checked in with my neighbors i asked the seller I’ve filed claims and even went to the post office and nothing can anyone help??

Go to the post office with a copy of your order showing your address and the tracking number @amiristin_0 and ask the post office:

- to check if the address tied to that label matches your address

- if yes, then ask them to check GPS coordinates on delivery and/or speak with the carrier to find out where they left the box

- if no, then ask for a letter on USPS letterhead saying that tracking number was not addressed to you. They do not have to reveal where it was addressed, just that it was not addressed to you. Take a pic of that letter and get it to eBay customer service when you file a claim.

It is possible...it's happened to me a few times.

An item will state in an email "item out for delivery".... and it changes and I receive  it the day or so.

Maybe check the delivery status on USPS site to see if the delivery date changed....instead of running around for nothing.

For me it's usually because regular driver on truck or mailman is his day off.
