I am using letter-track program for generating labels to put on plain white envelopes to ship items I have sold on eBay which do NOT offer the envelope option for mailing. I will not pay $4 for ground advantage to sell an item I price at $7. Does not make sense.
The letter-track program works as it should and I have seen PWE (plain white envelopes) go through the system. It works.
NOW for the problem. The program's approach for getting the BUYER a notification that can be seen BY THE BUYER on ebay's platform is a complicated one of UPLOADING and DOWNLOADING information.
The support document provided by letter-track seems straight forward but of course when rolling through their points and clicking on the link to coordinate with ebay (sorry, don't remember exact wording the program choice offers for co-ordinating) doesn't seem to mesh with what pops up when the chosen opportunies are shown.
Maybe I am just not doing the uploading and downloading sequence properly, but something is wrong.
Maybe, I am not waiting long enough for actual results to take place, I don't know. Has ANYONE figured this out within letter-track program. Thanks
