You can purchase labels for the Regional boxes when you purchase your eBay shipping labels, but the Regional boxes are not an option when setting up the shipping calculator in your listing.
The postage cost for the Regional A boxes is about the same as the regular Priority Mail price to ship 2 pounds, and the Regional B price is about the same as 5 pounds, so sellers can use those weights in the shipping calculator (but that can mess up international shipping).
