Uploading a tracking number for a return.

I initiated a return. I printed out the return label via ebay and sent the package back.

I thought it would automatically upload the tracking number to the return, but it didn't.  I have to do it manually but i no longer have the label or the package.

How do i get the tracking number so i can upload it?

Based on other posts that I've read, the tracking number is already in there.  It seems that there is a way to see it but since I can't use ebay return labels I'm not sure how to do that.

If you got the label from Ebay, the tracking number should already be entered in the return.

What does it say when you look at the return details?

It let me "mark item as shipped" but no tracking number is shown.

Correction. It lets me "mark as shipped" and when i click on that. it then asks for a tracking number.  I have no clue where to get that tracking number.

You don’t need to click mark as shipped. That is for if you paid to ship it back, then you would need to enter a tracking number.
