The listing says international shipping and Denmark is included.

Yup.... too all my fellow Danskere. I too am having the same issue. Suddenly ALOT of items ive ordered from Japan, US etc are not available to ship to Denmark. When i go to ebay to search for items ALOT of them are not being shown at all. When i change my location to US, suddenly all the items are there to find. The weird part is that i can see the seller offers international shipping. 

Does anyone have any solutions yet to this issue?

This issue isn't just related to Denmark.  I'm getting it on US items shipping to a US address.  I think everyone needs to do the technical issue report at the bottom right of the item listing page before eBay will address it.

I also live in Denmark, and I have had this issue since late december 2024.

I get this message when i go to checkout:

"Unfortunately, this item isn’t available for purchase in your location"

But the item IS available for me, so i don't understant this.

It doesn't matter if the item i try to buy is located in US, China, Germany, Sweeden or any other country. Its the same error.

Some of the sellers have tried to contact ebay about this problem, but ebay does NOT care, and says that there is no problem.

I have also contacted ebay, but get no response 😞

I also started getting Issues when purchasing Items from China now (same Delivery to Denmark).

What a frustrating Experience really !

I'm unable to buy DDR4 RAM through eBay, something that should be safe to ship anywhere.

Same issue for me. Danish resident as well. 
I'm unable to buy any US based physical items not matter the type of item and whether Denmark is on the shipping list or not.

So i spoke to Ebay - the issue is that Danish imports are restricting outside EU shipments without an CE approved original letter.

IF  you can get the seller to procure and upload the document to the listing it will be purchasable and shippable to Denmark.

This is apparently a restriction on danish customs side - Iøve reached out to them for confirmation but replies can take up to 20 business days.

Update for anyone still paying attention to this issue.

Spoke to tax authority (skattestyrrelsen), customs services (toldvæsnet) and finally the real "culprit" the security administration (sikkerhedsstyrrelsen).

Essentially this is not a Denmark issue - it is a European issue, however it's believed that the Danish security administration campaign for marketplace adherence to tnew ruling may have been what has cause Ebay to actually adhere to the new ruling.

I suppose GSPR will adhere to china in the future as well at which point Ebay is not longer really usable for me as European sellers are always selling at way to close to new/msrp pricing to justify using Ebay.

Huge loss for electronics used market in Europe, huge loss for reuse and the environment.
