Unable to ship a paid item

Is there something wrong with eBay shipping?  I wish they would let us know when they screw up.  My buyer paid for their item.  I checked PayPal and it is paid.  eBay won't let me print a shipping label as they say the buyer hasn't paid.  I can't select a service (priority or parcel or whatever).  The last time they changed things I had problems then, also.  I hate to change companies but it is gradually coming to that.  Are they trying to get rid of us smaller businesses?

Nope, nothing wrong. Wait 10 mins, try again. Systems and internet servers glitch all the time!

This one time, buy your label at PayPal @doddiewoddie and the tracking number will automatically propagate back to eBay.

I've checked off and on most of the day.  They changed things in shipping again (there's a complete new screen)and I can't do anything at all.  I may not be able to get this item out tomorrow as I will be gone from early morning to later afternoon and won't be able to ship as the post office will be closed.  I can't believe I am the only one with this problem.

It finally fixed itself around 9:30 this evening.  I really hate it when they do new stuff.  Thank you for your response.
