Unable to ship USPS International

I ship internationally on a regular basis, and have never had a problem, but now when I try to print a USPS First class intl package/thick envelope, I get the following error.  I also tried printing the label via paypal, but it would not let me print a label for this international order either.  Any ideas?

• We had a problem retrieving the label. [Error: 64541-Content type Documents is only supported for First Class Mail International]

*sigh* well I picked a **bleep** time to come back to selling on ebay. Guess I am domestic selling only.

no one at ebay has any business sense.    This will cut my sales and ebay's profits.    Priority Mail small flat rate box is over $30.00.

Here is what I see on USPS website. This should still apply. Perhaps ebay hasn't migrated these newly named services. If it's not working tomorrow I'll call them and make sure it won't affect my selling rating, I have 4 shipments to print as of now.

paypal recognized it, it was a couple of dollars more, but I could not print it, so ....what good is that?

I had the same problem. Unfortunately the person I spoke to at eBay didn't know what they were talking about. They told me it was because not all services were available online. I went to the USPS website and was able to print to the label without any problems. The label did cost me 70 cents more.

 Yeah I’m not up for going to the website of USPS for top rated power sellers a 2 pound international package cost $3.17 more

I just got off the phone with eBay and he said that the new Post office rate that went into effect today has done away with international first class packages. Only first class envelopes can be ship internationally all packages, boxes will now have to shipped Priority mail. That’s it for my international sales for real now. Bad enough the rate increase before by the PO cuts my sales big time.

there is a section for international package(not envelopes)..

why cant ebay use that?

 Unfortunately when you call Ebay half of the people don’t know what they’re talking about I can promise you they will still have a international rate for packages besides the priority mail

Don't bother.....you get a message stating that you can not print a international label at this time....another communist plot I tell ya........lol

Yes paypal recognizes it...but the feebay shipping discount is not going to happen....that's why it's a few dollars more..

Well, my Stamps.com allows me to print internationally.  I can import my ebay sales and generate the labels that way.  Same price as ebay for me as I don't currently qualify for the ebay "discount".

And...they sync with ebay to update tracking info.

USPS website also working for First Class International Packages today (with new rates in effect) - but no eBay discount obviously, at least we do not need to cancel any orders or ask customers for additional money.   Printed from USPS and added tracking number on eBay - that's our current work around.  Of course, the pain is that you have to add in all the information manually on USPS that eBay used to automatically enter for you.
