Unable to select USPS shipping method

I am trying to ship an item and am unable to select ANY USPS shipping type. I have had it in the past where it will not allow me to choose Parcel Select, but now ALL USPS options are grayed out. I can choose Fed Ex or UPS, but not USPS. 

I have another account where I was able to ship two items with no issue USPS. 

Any ideas why or is this just another eBay glitch?

I had this happen a few months ago. I logged out, cleared the cache for my browser, logged back in and it worked. Hope this helps.

Turns out the buyer had a PO box, but saved it as "PO123" instead of "PO Box 123" . Once I added "box" to the address it allowed me to select USPS options
