Hi!
I'm a first time seller, and running into issues printing a shipping label.
The error I'm receiving is "Sorry, we were not able to generate the label. Please make sure the parcel size is within allowed limits, and both addresses are correct.". I'm a little confused, because as far as I can tell my dimensions and weight are within the limit of the shipping I'm selecting.
Here are the package weight and dimensions.
Here is the shipping I'm selecting.
I confirmed with the buyer that their address is correct. My address is also correct.
What am I missing?
Thank you.

The dimensions & weight appear to be fine.
This is a high scam item, have you googled the address to make sure it's a real address?

Did you sell it on eBay.ca or eBay.com? These are the .com discussion boards. You might want to check in on the .ca discussion boards. https://community.ebay.ca/

I looked at your post and it states "total of all 3 dimensions cannot be more than 60 cm". If you add up 28, 10, 36 (total 74 cm). Dimensions of your package are too large to quality as "small packet".

Do you have special characters in the address or customs description?
For example '&' or ':' or '#'
