Unable to open claim - PayPal

Ebay removed the item I already bought  from listing.  I paid with Paypal.

When I applied for help to Resolution Center I got answer that there is no issue. Paypal recommended me to apply to Ebay.

Does the exit exist  from this circle?

The item number I got on Ebay: 263428431060.This number belongs to the item that eBay really removed from listing but I paid for it.

Did ebay send you a message telling you that the item was removed and tell you what you should to do?  Before the listing was removed did you get notice that the item had been shipped?

If you need resolution for your problem --

you cannot use the Resolution Center.

Instead, go to Purchase History, find your removed item at the bottom --

click More Actions on the far right, then select I didn't receive it:

After that, click I haven't received my item, I want a refund, a comment, etc.

Then come back after 3 business, and click Ask eBay to get down on it.
