Unable to deliver - OTHER

Ho guys, I’m receiving a package from the US to Italy and on the tracking I found this.. can someone help me to understand what’s going on?!?

Send an inquiry to eBay's GSP department as they are the ones that handled the international delivery portion of the shipping.

Happened to me with ebay international and I got screwed on it. It was impossible to get any courier along the way to for sure say what "other" is so buyer opens an INR and I had to refund. I was unable to get my $75 shipping back because the item returned to me and my two choices for claim were "lost or "broken".

Immediately turned of ebay international shipping.

It's temporary and due to weather conditions. It'll get there

You can contact the carrier and ask them what it means.

I know with regular PO I sometimes get attempted delivery, Can happen a couple of time before delivery. Don't know if this will help but try another tracking number service like ship24.com they may have better information
