Unable to add tracking number

Hi,

I couldn't add the tracking number for the item which I sold for.

When I enter the tracking number along with the carrier method & submit it, It again shows as to add tracking number to that order without getting updated with the tracking number which I provided.

Please help me to sort it out. Trying to add the tracking number for 03 days now.

Dumb question, but did you press "save"?

This can happen if the tracking number format does not match the shipping method you chose. Double check that as well.

You are located in Sri Lanka.

Due to your country's banking laws, you cannot legally receive payments via Paypal, which is
the company that processes payments from buyers.  Citizens of Sri Lanka can only SEND
money.  Therefore, you will be unable to sell on ebay, because your buyers will be unable to
pay you.

They can override this in some situation, (not legal) but if the Sri Lankan government is made aware then they are in very big trouble.

OP I would cease selling on eBay before this causes legal ramifications to you if it hasn't already.

Disney - check where the OP was originally registered in the US (which is illegal also) so they could fake the PP verification
