Items are stamps. They are to be listed under the "stamps" category. They are packaged correctly within the dimensions required and when chosing my shipping service the Standard Envelope IS showing as a choice.
I select the Standard Envelope service as shipping and after a few seconds it disappears/resets back as if no choice was made...??
The only flaw I can see is when entering the package dimensions, the fields do not allow for decimal fractions of 1" and continues to revert while the envelope requirements are .25 thickness...??
Could this be the issue?
