Unable to Print Multiple Labels for One Order - Ship Tool Stopped

I am trying to print 12 FedEx labels for an order I received on 12 identical items. After printing the first 5 labels, the shipping tool is now disallowing me to process the next 7. 

I thought maybe it was a fleeting eBay/FedEx issue and walked away for a few hours but it still gave the same message. I waited another few hours, the same. See photo.  Also, I tried a different computer in a different office in a different building plus I tried refreshing, etc....  One last note, I have ample AVAILABLE funds in my account to pay for all the shipping, so there is no relying on unavailable funds, etc..., if matters.

I have done this more times than I can count over the years and have never had this issue.  My carrier has come and gone for the day, meaning I missed my "on time shipping."

Your Thoughts Please.

You can only buy 5 shipping labels for each order.

You'll have to buy the others somewhere else.

Tacking on to the above:

Not only is your purchase limit 5 labels @hurley_byrd_ias , but you are also restricted to including 5 tracking numbers per transaction. Meaning, when you buy those other 7 labels off eBay, you cannot add them to the transaction. You will have to send them to the buyer in an eBay message.

Thanks for the good info.  I bought the other 7 and sent the customer and email with all 12 tracking numbers.
