@hempgogreen I started I new thread to try to find you some answers.
Some are seeing an option to Switch to Advanced Shipping in order to change the label format size. I have never seen this on a PC. Below is a screenshot from a user's PC that looks unfamiliar to me.
@wastingtime101 Can you comment here?

eBay changed the wording to "advanced shipping". Previously (for years) it looked like this:
eBay defaults new sellers to a ridiculously simplified version of the label page where they can't access ... well ... anything. They have to view "advanced shipping," formerly "additional shipping options," to find nearly every customizable option.
Edit to add: Once you expand additional options, that setting is "sticky."

@wastingtime101 Thanks, guess I am such an old timer I can even remember being a new seller. That is pretty ridiculous though, especially if so restrictive you can't even change the label format.

Here's a full screenshot of the basic vs advanced pages. Notice how you have to click a tiny "edit" link to revise weight/dim on the simplified page? This is why so many sellers come here and say they can't edit weight/dim. It's also why so many sellers come here asking how to purchase insurance, sig conf, change return address and more. Hope this helps @rfmtm

I think ebay just needs to get rid of the "simplified" version, as it seems to cause more confusion for a new seller than not.
