Unable To Avoid Sendle Labels

I accidentally printed 3 Sendle labels for a delivery as it didn’t show the correct delivery information.

I was unable to cancel the label as it was stated that I would only be charged once it is used, however, in my pending funds I have still been charged.

Due to the misprinting of labels and inability to cancel them, I’m predicted to lose $1 as a reward for my $20 sale.

You are in Australia, this is the .com (US) boards and so some information may not be the same as your home site.

I have never had to change information on a shipping label. If sellers change the information it voids the sellers eBay protection.

With USPS if labels are voided and not used, the seller will receive a refund. This refund can take 14 days.

Again, Im not sure how it works on your home site. You may get better info there.
