USPS tracking stuck at "Arrived at Unit"

I have sent a Registered  Mail item from Greece to a buyer in the US.

The item was processed and arrived at the delivery PO very quickly, but the tracking status is stuck at "Arrived at Unit" for 3 days now! No  chage to "delivered"! No "notice left" to recipient!

It's not the first time something like this has happened! I 've  posted around 20 similar items to the US; 2 or 3 of them never got a delivery scan!

Does anyone know how USPS's tracking system works ? Is it a technical issue, or just the mailmen not bothering to scan the items on delivery?

My funds will now be pending for more time than expected, and this leaves me vulnerable to disputes, too...

This is totally normal. Happened to me last week on a package I was expecting from the UK. I don't know what the delay was but it arrived at my PO around 5am tuesday morning, and on domestic shipments I always get the package THAT day. I think my PO's cut off must be around 9am because packages arrive there at 8:30 and I get them that day....anyway, it was delivered Thursday. I assumed it had something to do with being international but I honestly don't know. If you go to the usps website and track the package, theres a link to sign up for updates, some here believe it will shake a stuck package loose 🙂
