Posting links to USPS issues doesn't do anybody any good. You can search local news outlets around the country and find stories about carriers being targeted by thieves. Carriers throwing packages the last 50 feet onto a porch. Carriers dumping third class and or regular mail.... You can also find the same complaints about UPS and Fed Ex employees and Amazon carriers who often deliver to the wrong addresses as well.
When you run into any issue with damaged ebay items, or items not being received by you even though there is a delivered scan, You can come to these boards to find out what to do. Carrier damaged items are easily solved by opening an item not as described dispute. You do not need to contact ebay about them.
