USPS totally undependable for tracking, deliveries and updates to claims

USPS is not worth using causing more problems then they are worth with tracking, delivery times and claims. My buyers are angry that there is little to no tracking updates, and constant LATE DELIVERIES! I am sick of the poor service and constantly having to file missing package cases. I am now using UPS for larger items solely.

Anyone else having problems with USPS??

My guess is that if your in Boston you might be getting late complaints from the west coast.  Im in Chicago an get them  from  Seattle sometime.

Hmmm, USPS worked very well for me, always has, even during the worst of the pandemic. Even media mail.

I stopped using them before Christmas and only use them if Buyers have a PO BOX address. They are not at all what they used to be pre Louis Dejoy. I sell small items so I can get great discounted fed ex rates on here and USPS is a thing of history for me for now unless they really get everything together which they have not.
