USPS shipping changes for July. Cubic rate?

With the upcoming changes to USPS rates, first class, parcel, etc being combined.  Anyone know if we will still be able to use cubic rates via pirate ship?

You'll get a better answer if you ask somebody at Pirate Ship.  The proposed new rate document does include Cubic rates.
