USPS rate incorrect

Maybe someone can help me figure out what eBay did.

First Class Package - 7 oz

Since January, these packages have cost me $2.92.

Yesterday, eBay calculated the postage at $3.05

I can not figure out how eBay came up with that amount. 

I prefer to be able to say "this is what it did wrong" when I complain.

Yes, it's only 13 cents, but on a low profit item, that can be a killer.

$2.92 is the price for 6 ounces. Since January. Verify here:

Yep - 6 oz = $2.92, 7 oz = $3.05

I usually do 6 oz..
