Hi, the usps priority rates that are showing up when I go to print a label are not correct.
Ebay is charging full retail for priority mail packages instead of the discounted rate.
I confirmed this by going to my shipstation account which also utilizes the discounted usps rate.
If I were to purchase through ebay.. a 10 lb package( 12x0x8) is showing up as costing 40.82.
On shipstation the same exact shipment would only cost 28.45

$40.42 is the discounted commercial rate for a 10 lb pkg going to zone 8.

( 12x0x8)
How can a package have a dimension of -0- ?
By any chance is the $28.45 from a cubic weight calculation ?

Neither of those prices shows up anywhere in the current USPS rates publication, Notice 123:
http://pe.usps.com/cpim/ftp/manuals/dmm300/notice123.pdf
And the difference between the online and retail rates is never as big as the difference between $40 vs $28. So something else other than retail pricing is causing this big difference.

Are you sure this is USPS Priority and that one of your package dimensions is zero? As others have pointed out, the rates you're quoting don't make sense based on the info provided @lasantino.
