USPS not showing as a shipping option

I sold a cd last night whose listing had USPS  media mail as the shipping option. When I went to print a shipping label only FED EX, UPS, and Ebay were showing as shipping options. USPS options were all grayed out. 

I tried again this morning and the same thing is happening. Is this an Ebay or USPS issue and will it eventually fix itself? Please help.

Check the buyer's address @vast198 as there's probably an issue with it like a missing unit number or similar.

And god forbid ebay should say that instead of just greying out all USPS options.

I mean how hard would that be? An error message?
