USPS issues

I have a repeat buyer who I mailed a order to their home. Buyer contacted me that the post office said insufficient address and is sending the package back. Everything was fine when I sent the package. Getting through to the post office is hard. What do I do please?

Re: USPS issues

Make sure YOUR return address is correct in you account.

Other wise not much choice but to refund and lose item,  you may anyway when eBay steps in.

Might be a scam by the buye:r delaying the return of the item so they can get both item and money back.

Re: USPS issues

Did you buy your label on eBay? Have you checked the tracking number? Does it show that they couldn't deliver the item? If is says it is being returned to you, you can ask the buyer what they want to do. Either send them a refund or re-ship with correct address when you receive it back.  You'll have to work out who pays the extra shipping.
