USPS first class package option gone

Since yesterday I no longer have the option for USPS First Class Package only options are priority and Fedex. 

I have it set to 4 oz so the weight is not the reason.  Any ideas?  Thank you

Make sure you are selecting custom packaging and NOT carrier packaging.

Are you listing or buying a label? Are you on app as when listing with 1st class there have been issues.
