Okay, so USPS is losing every package, not scanning anything, delays on everything.

Probably going to have to refund at least a buyer or two...

My dad cannot even get his heart medicine for over two weeks, yet Amazon packages shipped in Texas get to me overnight from Texas! What then *bleep*?

Totally agree, I have packages that have been out since November 18, still trying to determine if there is any remedy from USPS. Of course getting information from USPS about delayed shipping or refunds is almost impossible. If anyone has information on trying to file a claim please advise. The packages are not even tracking in some instances. Had to refund 3 customers already and looks like a couple more are getting upset. When you ship out next day and 23 days later the package is somewhere in lala land very upsetting.

Priority Mail packages include up to $50 of insurance ($100 if you're a TRS) and you can file a "Lost package" claim if it isn't delivered in 15 days.
