A small lightweight package shipped July 5th with Waterford, MI address is wandering between Distribution Centers/ gets close to the right area and then gets sent back to Maine Southern Distribution Center. I had this happen to two other ones recently as well, but never returned to me as seller. It is now the 13th and shows it is back in Southern Maine. My local P.O. says the USPS along with the name change to Ground Advantage is being further confused by changed routines in bundling and sorting rules for the Post Offices; she said new machines were also being put on line. She said the whole program is just on the starting cusp and needs time to sort its way through it.
Are any other sellers getting such problems mentioned by their buyers? I put my account on vacation for ten days to see if it will sort itself out. I am fairly new with few listings we are selling due to age and further retirement. We had a wonderful record until the hit. Some customers are understanding and others need someone to blame- ie. the seller.
