Hi,
Have anyone experience this issue and how you can handle the open case with buyers while tracking number still say in transit. The package has been shipped on Oct 12th via USPS Priority Mail. I contacted USPS and here's the email they get back to me
Here's tracking status:
The buyer already opened the case item not received and unhappy to wait any longer. Any suggestion in this case?

Refund the buyer. You are responsible for the USPS not the buyer.
Now that said: the item could still show up to them. They get the item and the money.
One might; depending on haw shipped; intercept the item, and by such retrieve it. It does cost money.
Talk to your local PO on haw to get it back and the cost if feasible.

Was a not received case opened?If yes Has it moved at all lately?If so ebay MAY give you a bit longer before forcing a refund.If not refund them
