USPS Priority International - Missing option

This week the USPS Priority International option was missing.  I ask Ebay and all I got was there was a bug.   Any one else having the problem?

Are you creating a new listing, or is this for something you sold?  If for a sold item, is the country in your list of exclusions (that ebay added)?

I was shipping items sold.  There were three shipments this week to different countries.  I had to take all three to the post office to have them shipped USPS Priority International.
