USPS Parcel selection is not available anymore?

Hello;

When I am trying to generate a label for an item that's Parcel under USPS, for some reason this option is not showing up when I am generating the label? Anyone knows what's going on?

I need that option back USPS Parcel as soon as possible since I mostly sell automotive parts and I use USPS Parcel label a'lot any help someone inform me please. 

Please help me since I been facing this problem since last SUNDAY!!!!

Summary of the above threads:

1. eBay has deliberately chosen to phase out access to Parcel Select Ground labels.

2. You can purchase Parcel Select labels through any other online postage seller, including PayPal at www.PayPal.com/shipnow

3. For many packages, Priority Mail costs less than a dollar more, so Parcel Select Ground is best only for very heavy or very large packages, which I guess is often your situation.

How about the discount will I be able to sell receive it on if I did it through PayPal?

The price will be the same on PayPal as it would be on eBay. Both charge the regular USPS online postage rate.
