So I sold an item and shipped it out priority. It was supposed to be delivered today, but when I checked the tracking it says "No Such Number" and is being returned. When I looked the address up on the USPS tool it seems to be there and did not give any warnings for not being able to deliver mail there. Some may say just to send a refund after I get my item back, but there was both a physical and digital part of the item. I already sent the digital code that they redeemed. I have proof of that. So what should I do with the physical item?

Now it gets a little tricky.
The package is apparently coming back to you. The final USPS scan will show it as delivered, even though the delivery is to you. Hang on to it as a "just in case" situation. But if he says he doesn't want it then do nothing. If he eventually files an item not received case present the tracking information to eBay along with the information about the digital transfer. In other words it was at least partially received so in any event he is not entitled to a full refund. And you would argue that since he provided an invalid address he is not entitled to any refund. Since the post office marked it as an invalid address then the case should be closed in your favor.

eBay treats all delivery problems the same as Delivered.

Well the first thing you do is contact the buyer and ask them to verify the address.
I have also used Google map to verify addresses. It will actually show whether it is a private house, an apartment building, a business or even a vacant lot. That way at least you will know what, if anything. is there.
What you do nest depends on the buyer's response.
If the address is correct and the post office screwed up then you should reship it BUT it is not fair to recharge for shipping. It wasn't the buyer's fault.
If the address needs correction then you do charge the buyer a reship. That one is their fault.
If you choose to refund then only refund the part of the order that came back to you. Not the digital they have already received.

I marked no returns accepted. The items are worth much less if sold separately then together. If I resell just the physical item then I will possibly lose money. I did look on google before I shipped and the street was a small side one with a couple houses down it, but could not see the exact one. If I reach out to the buyer and they say they no longer want it what would be my recourse?

Thanks, for now I guess I will just wait and keep the package somewhere safe when it arrives. If they contact me I will let them know what happened and offer to re-ship the item to the correct address. I just want to avoid reaching out first and saying something that could be used against me or weaken my position.

All you have to go on now is what the tracking says. This doesn't mean the package wasn't really delivered.
Mistakes do happen, a carrier may have mistakenly hit the wrong button. If so, the package may have been correctly delivered.
A carrier may be new on the route and not recognized the address. If so, the package may well be on its way back to you.
Just a couple possibilities.
In my opinion, unless/until the package actually gets back to you then hold onto the info and wait. If it is returned then you can check with the buyer. If the address is indeed correct as it was written take it back to the PO and explain that the address is valid and it should have been delivered. The PO should take it back without additional postage for shipping since it was their mistake.
